The battle could therefore come down to whether Madhevere can find a way to disrupt Pretorius’ rhythm during the powerplay. If Pretorius survives the early challenge, Zimbabwe could have a long evening ahead.
Few matchups in this final will be more exciting than Dewald Brevis taking on Zimbabwe’s spearhead Blessing Muzarabani.
Brevis has already demonstrated his ability to take the game away from an opposition attack in a matter of overs. Raza will once again be expected to anchor Zimbabwe’s innings while also accelerating when the situation demands it.
