Jan Frylinck was the highest run-scorer for Namibia and finished third overall in the tournament. The left-handed all-rounder accumulated 162 runs in four innings at an average of 40.50.
Frylinck played a crucial role in Namibia’s campaign, particularly in their memorable opening victory over South Africa. The hosts stunned the Proteas by 18 runs in the first match, and Frylinck’s ability to contribute consistently with the bat was an important part of Namibia’s competitive performances.
He also registered two half-centuries during the tournament, with a highest score of 72. His 162 runs came at a strike rate of 122.72, while he hit 15 fours and seven sixes.
